Private Events

Why Host your Event at our winery?

D'Vine Wine of San Angelo is a fully active winery complete with a beautiful tasting room & our new private venue, "THE COURTYARD". Our facilities offer a warm West Texas atmosphere where friendly people gather. The casual setting is perfect for gatherings or special events.

Accommodations

Our winery can comfortably hold 12-20 people and our private room will seat up to 50 and larger events can utilize the wide covered patio/sidewalk and outdoor courtyard with fountain.

Times & Fees

Private Events are generally held after regular business hours with fees starting at $150.00 for 2 hours. We can also accommodate late afternoon and/or day long events. (Please call winery for details)

Fees for “The Courtyard” Friday/Saturday events are $250 for 3 hours/ $50 for each additional hour. Outside caterers are welcome. Bottled/Can beer is allowed. No liquor is allowed. All wine/water/sodas must be purchased from the winery. All events must conclude by 12 midnight. Inquire at the winery for details and availability.

Order your custom wines with personalized labels for your special wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or as gifts for your weding party or out of town guests. Schedule a fun outing with your bridesmaids to taste and select the wine of your choice.

Catering and Food (Additional)

• Indulge in a catered event with food provided by a local caterer
• We can arrange for Gourmet Cheese, Meat and Dessert Platters
• Or, at no additional cost, arrange for your own delicacies

Custom Wine Making (Additional)

Custom Wine Making is a great addition to your Private Event. Unique, Fun and Rewarding. Your guests will Bottle, Cork and Label your own custom wine with that very unique private label. Prices start at just $175 for 14 bottles

Fundraising Efforts

Book the winery or “Courtyard” for your next fundraiser. The winery has several ways to help your club/organization raise funds and have fun at the same time. Four/Five/Fun Fundraiser. Here’s how it works-Your attendees receive 4 tastings of any of our 20 wines. The winery charges your organization or club only $5 per attendee. And you sell your tickets to the wine tasting for any price you like. We recommend $20-$30 dollar ticket price. You can bring your own cheese / crackers /food if you like. The winery will donate a door prize, and give back 10% on total sales of wine/retail from your group.

UnWine Wednesdays

Every Wednesday from 5pm-7pm stop in and try our newest wines. Special discounts and features.

Therapeutic Thursdays!!!

Every Thursday from 5pm-7pm. Come over after work and relax. The week is almost over, and you deserve some pampering. $1/minute chair massages, soft music, great wine. What a combination. Make it a girls night out, or just swing by and chill.

Summer Concert Series

April – August, 3^rd Friday of each month. Concerts in the Courtyard. Bring your lounge chair, blanket, dinner and relax & enjoy the sounds of local artists. Enjoy a glass/bottle of your favorite D’vine Wine. Also, we feature WINE-A-RITA’s made with one of our 10 fruit wines. Super Cool and Refreshing. Call the winery for artists performing 325-482-9463.
